The Maids in the Quad Cities

Everything smelt like vinegar. Caught someone using a dirty rag to wipe something down. One was on her phone the whole time. I will not be using this service ever again. I do not recommend.

We've been using the maids for years now and I'm very happy with the service & level of clean. Additionally the security of the operation is great. They are flexible when I need to make changes or skip a clean and I absolutely love coming home to a clean house

We made an appointment to see what they did. They don't do dishes (which is fine and normal) so we told them no thank you and thought that was the end of things. They have been calling us multiple times a day for a few weeks now, waking us up, calling while at work, etc. We probably would've wanted to use the service in the future but now we don't. Constant harrassment isn't appealing after we turned down the service.
